Building Ready Hire from the Ground Up
Ready Hire was a new business with a service-based offering that connected hiring managers with vetted, trained candidates in high-demand roles. They had foundational evidence for success but needed to digitize their model as quickly as possible to scale. They brought me in to transform their manual processes into a scalable digital product that could serve as both a hiring platform and a comprehensive talent marketplace.
I served as lead designer for the project, working embedded with Ready Hire's founding team and development partners. Beyond designing the core product experiences, I facilitated design sprints, led brand and product strategy workshops, coached junior designers, and established the complete design system that would define the platform's visual identity.
